1. Part-time Teacher/Sabbatical Leave Program A Step-by-Step Guide for confirming salary for those participating in theses programs

2. To confirm the Part-time Teacher Program/Sabbatical Leave information for a member, select the Confirm Contract Salary link. A different link will appear for each member you have on the programs.

3. This page will show the information we have in our system regarding the Part-time Teacher/Sabbatical Leave programs for the member. Select Confirm Contract Salary found under the Action Items in the upper left- hand side of the page.

4. This window allows you to review and confirm the accuracy of the program’s year FTE Earnings. If necessary, edit the amounts in the fields in the right-hand column. If no changes are necessary, do not enter anything in these fields. Once the amounts have been verified and/or updated, select the Confirm button.

5. You will then be re-directed to the previous screen (note that the Confirm Contact Salary option under the Action Items is now grayed-out and no longer available). You can now close this screen to return to the Home Page. If other members are listed to Confirm Contract Salary on the Home Page, follow these same steps.
