We must allow ourselves enough time to process, plan and prepare Now is no time for impulsivity, save your creative energy for career exploration Be persistent, do not give up! Transitioning from one job to another Know your values and priorities Manage your time well. A job search or career change process is a JOB in itself. Give it proper attention and priority! Take care of your health and wellbeing! Seek out support and advise. Join relevant groups and associations Prepare, prepare, prepare! Be prepared for a marathon, not a sprint
