Hampshire Gateway Parent Survey Results To receive details of holiday activities 56% are happy to receive information by email to cut costs Families want to receive information as soon as possible to enable sufficient time to book and plan activities Parents appreciate the choice of searching using the Gateway website, or viewing the listings and the publications Over half of parents who received the listings/publications, used them to help plan activities for their child/young person ‘Just want to say they’re great because I can sit down with the children and discuss activities that might interest them’

How have we acted on the survey findings? We are now producing holiday listings in email and printable versions (print versions only go to those without internet access) There will be one annual publication that will feature generic information about each provider and brief listings of regular clubs running throughout the year

How it works: The Gateway Process Forms come in Forms are copy and pasted onto website Information is extracted from website Information into template and sent/printed

What we need from you: Holiday Listings We will notify you of holiday listing deadlines as they approach Please send us your blue activity form as soon as your activities are confirmed Ensure you complete all boxes on the form, especially dates as we cannot list without them If you are unsure about anything, contact us and we will be happy to help

What we need from you: Annual Publication The deadline for the annual publication is July. We will remind you, as the deadline nears For this publication, we will ask you to check your information is correct on the website, and email any changes to gateway-project@hotmail.co.ukgateway-project@hotmail.co.uk If you need to tell us about a new regular club, please do so using the blue activity form If you are unsure about anything, contact us and we will be happy to help
