Regional Policy Article 63 – SFC2014 4. All official exchanges of information between the Member State and the Commission shall be carried out using an electronic data exchange system established by the Commission by means of implementing acts. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 143(3). Consolidated practice
