A Towering Success  The challenge: As a team, create the tallest structure  Use only the materials provided.  We have about 20 minutes to complete the project.  Each group will be asked to present your tower and construction organization.  The structure must have a “cool” name. Please list and explain the awesome features of your structure.

4. Tower of Success Reflections  How did you feel about the outcome?  What important things happened during the build? Surprising? Stressful?  What did you learn about teambuilding?  How does this apply to your “real” world?  What strategies would you use to combat dysfunctional team behavior?
