Dear Sir As requested I have undertaken a study of the communication program I-Call. I will explain the highlights of it’s functions and make my recommendations. I like the fact that none of the I-Call Screens encroach on the work space. When I need to use I-Call I move my cursor to the top of the screen and the Application Bar appears If I then move my cursor to the left, the Busy Lamp Field appears. This shows the status of each extension – free, busy, diverted. If the user is logged on to the LAN their name shows in blue.I can double click to call an extension - - or right click and choose one of the menu options They are: transfer a call - redirect an unanswered call - send a call to any voice mail box Send an instant text message – View a user’s notes on their movements - set a request for an extension user to call me back - Or even monitor other extension user’s calls and answer them in their absence (We can choose who has this feature.)

When I want to call someone I just type their name in the search window. So, there are the main features. I want you to see it for yourself. I have set up a demonstration for your visit next Wednesday. But in my mind the decision is very clear. For around $10.00 PM per user we get a tool that will really make a difference. It will certainly cut costs by saving time for everybody. Our people will appreciate being given such an enjoyable tool and this alone will boost productivity. And the CRM factor (Integration with the database) will help with our plans to do more business with present customers. Training will be easy – it is very intuitive. We have to give it to Sales and Service, but everyone will get something from it. The more licences we buy the less they cost. We will discuss it further Wednesday Regards Jastine
