3. On the way to the UK It was my first time to go to the UK. I was excited about our 10-day-trip. we went past 3 airports: CKS International Airport, HK International Airport and finally Heathrow Airport. It kept sunny outside when I was on the airplane. Today, we had been flying for almost 15 hours. It was so tiring that I went to bed quickly when I finally got to the Hostel 639.

4. The view which was outside of the airplane was so beautiful that I didn’t want to sleep at all. We had been flying for almost 15 hours. I found that it was tiring to me to keep sitting for such a long time.

5. In Queens’ School When we went to the cooking class, the students were making carrot cakes. We join them to make the cakes. The cake looked delicious. I got one from one of the students. I was very happy about it. After going to the drama class and dancing class, I found something different from Taiwan. For example, students in Queens’ School had to learn drama. It surprised me a lot

6. I found that the way of learning was really different from it was in junior high schools in Taiwan. I finally met with my buddy-- Charlotte. She was beautiful and friendly to me. I was with her and her friends all day in Queens’ School.

7. After the two days in Queens’ School. I found that there were many different things between Queens’ School and Er-Chong Junior High School. For instance, the students in Queens’ School had to write what the teacher said as their note because they didn’t have textbooks in most of the subject. When talking to my buddy—Charlotte, she told me she wants to be a historian. I found that she and her friends made sure what they want to do in the future. It made me feel surprised because I still not really know what kinds of career I want to do in the future.

8. Bellerbys College and Cambridge University. We saw many people from different countries. They go to Bellerbys College to apply for the universities they want. We learned about that whatever you want to do in the future, you have to be well-prepared. Different careers require different skills and profession.

9. When going around the Cambridge University, we saw some beautiful view, the famous River of Cambridge and delicate building. many people pounding on the river in Cambridge.

17. reflection We learned a lot of things and had many special experiences during the trip in the UK. I like the second day in the Queens’ School the most. Learning and chatting with my buddy made me feel refreshed and satisfied. After that, we went to many places and visited many delicate buildings. I never see such magnificent buildings in Taiwan. I also saw many art works and antiques in the museums. Being able to join the trip to the UK is very worthy.
