2. 2 Documents Attached to a Grant of Aid Overview – Documents Attached to a Grant of Aid –This facility enables a firm / practitioner to locate and view a document sent to them via Grants Online. –Below are a few simple steps that will walk you through the process of locating and viewing a document attached to a grant of aid.

3. 3 In a nutshell……… Either open the email approval of aid or log into Grants Online and open the notification in the Grants Online “Mail Notification Box”. The email message includes a reference to the attached documents. Attachments are available and can be downloaded from a link within the Contents section of the Electronic File / Profile.

4. 4 The email notification indicates if documents have been sent to you by the Grants Officer.

5. 5 To look at the documents sent to you, log into Grants Online.

6. 6 From the Main Menu select “Find” & “Find Electronic File”

7. 7 Enter the Legal Aid File Number. Note: The file number has been provided to you in the original email. Select “Find”.

8. 8 The document is available in the “Contents” section of the Electronic Profile. To open the document double click on the “link”.
