How many calories are there in a doughnut??? 1 plain donut contains 185 calories. Which is equal to 0.774373 kilojoules

How does someone work out the number of calories they burn when running? If you run a mile, this is how you work the numbers you burn when running a mile. 1 st ) Weigh yourself on the scale, then write it down. 2 nd ) Multiply your body weight by 0.75. This is your total calories burned per mile. 3 rd ) Multiply the answer in Step 2 by the number of miles you ran. This is the total number of calories you burned while running.

If someone weighs 52.3 kg how many calories would they burn running 1 km? Show your working. 1 km = 0.621 mile 1 st ) Multiply your body weight by 0.75: 52.3 kg x 0.75 = 39.225 calories/mile 2 nd )Multiply the answer in Step 1 and the answer will be the total calories that person burnt while running: 39.225 calories/mile x 0.621 mile = 24.3587 calories burnt while running
