Picasso ◊Pablo Picasso ◊POB: Spain 1881-1973 ◊Picasso is known for inventing Cubism. This is a style of Art that emphasizes the use of geometric shapes such as a cube. Traditional perspective and logic was not important. He was also known for painting images that are vibrant with color. Picasso also painted in series called Blue period. He paints in a very expressive style and was famous for painting multiple views at the same time. Picasso also sculpted using cubist style.
