Select the period for work order planning To make your life easy E R P gives you linkage of Sales order / Job Cards here Select which Job Cards, you want to plan today (( give time period ))

ERP fills the Grid 1 automatically. With all the Pending Job Cards Now Select your Job to create work order

Confirm your selection, ensure selected product is right Pop-up For confirmation of job

Select Which Machine – you are planning ?

The ERP fills automatically, The “Make Ready Time”, as per “Item wise stage linking master” The production time, as per Production Qnty x Standard Shows me the “Linear Metres” also

The ERP shows me Shift time = 480 minutes ( basically, 8 hours ) And work allotted for 634 minutes ???

Work of 634 minutes cannot be done in 480 minutes So, …….. Warning !!!!

You want to print this job card ? Of course… But not required, if your PPC people also work directly on ERP

Now, this printed “Planning Sheet” is given to the Supervisor / Machine Operator, Clear work instructions What to do, how much time, And he fills this with his “ball pen”. So, separate screens not required for each operator

Note If every operator has a computer to do this entry on the ERP himself. That is great However, usually people in Folding, Sewing, Packing do not have the computer. So, this planning sheet helps there too
