Step 1: First, begin to stretch and jump rope.

Step 2: Next, run on a treadmill for a long period of time burn plenty of calories get in shape by doing cardio and get a healthy heart rate.

Step 3: Then, do core work along with other training exercises. Like jump rope, practice with a boxing bag.

Step 4: Next, make sure you get a trainer to help you out.

Step 5: Afterward, go on a full out diet and eat vegetables, fruits, and tons of proteins.

Step 6: Next, get a mentally and physically strong work out partner and work out with together 5 or 6 times a week with weights.

Step 7: Then, do pushups and core work every night.
