Many We use many with plural countable nouns. We usually use many in questions: How many brothers have you got?

Many We can use many negative sentences: I have not got many CDs

Much we use much with uncountable nouns in questions: How much money do you have in your purse?

Much We can negative sentences: You have not got much coffee in your cup

A few & A little We use a few with plural countable noun we use a little with uncountable noun

A few & A little Both mean small a mount or quantity and have a positive connotation
