Terms of Reference… Page 1 Objectives To fairly represent all tenants living in sheltered housing schemes managed by Norwich City Council to the Council, and other internal and external organisations. 1. To enable tenants to participate in decisions affecting their homes, environment and support services, either directly by the Council or other providers. 2. To promote equality and diversity and ensure everyone is treated fairly. 3. To regularly consult and feedback to tenants at their home schemes, via tenant scheme meetings. 4. Meet at least 6 times per year. 5.

Scheme Issues Page 10 14 scheme issues raised (20 last year, 29 before) 3 Issues currently outstanding (3 last year, 6 before): - Fugill Gas (relocation of gas tap for #17) Quotation requested from Gasway to fit emergency control valve (work not deemed essential/urgent) - Longbow: trees too low (possible hazard) awaiting inspection from tree officer - Singer Court: gutters Order raised with Lovell, but not considered priority and Lovell is working through urgent cases initially; Job due to be carried out 15 March 2011
