Teacher’s qualities Pedagogical Approach Prioritize the person over the physical or technical goals. Note and record the development of the student. Develop the self-esteem of each student. Help the student manage fear. Respect the limits of the student and your own limits. Take responsibility for your errors.

Teaching Give constructive feedback in a timely manner. Include the notion of pleasure in the training. Demonstrate an ability to adapt. Have an open mind. Have a creative approach. Be a leader and lead by example. Assess the potential and know how to move the next level at the right time.
