Stay away from the Junk! Junk Food consist of cookies, cupcakes, potato chips, and even chocolate chip cookies. These items are found in the middle aisles. An easy way to avoid these foods…don’t shop in the middle aisles.

Its very important to burn the foods you consume. If the food isn’t burned, its stored as fat. Your body uses the food as energy. Exercise!!
