4.  Anyone can join but if you are under the age of 18 years you will require a parent or guardian consent form to be signed.  There is no age restriction.  You can join as many times as you like, providing you meet the qualifying criteria, so there is no saturation point. 5.  Members must pay a weekly membership subscription to qualify for commissions.  Members must sponsor 1 new member a month or 12 or more people a year accumulated.  50% of all commissions must be spent on products and services advertised within our network to create business. The other 50% can be withdrawn in CASH or Credit.  All transaction will incur a 10% cash exchange transfer fee.  All New Zealand Member Plans, AD Plans, Products and services will incur (GST) Goods and Services Tax and any Payment Gateway Fees will be added to the final purchase price.
