15 Land International Security and Commuters’ Advocacy Protocol RECOMMENDATIONS Having submitted terminal report on the project at the conclusion of the 32 nd TPTWG in Singapore, the LEG by the chair may resolve to the Lead Shepherd of the 33 rd TPTWG the adoption of Land IS-CAP in the APEC Leaders forthcoming Declarations. LEG to undertake “Land Security Visit Program (Road & Rail)” in the Apec Region to establish annual security audit visits
