2 The AND gate needs to be both on, So number wise both 1. So then you will get a 1 as you can see in the last image on the right, If 1 is 1 and one is 0 then you will get a 0 so it will not be on it will be off. Also this is shown in the truth table below.

3 The OR gate is one or the other, So if there is 0, 0 your outcome would be a 0 like the first on the left. You can have 0 and 1 and the outcome would be 1 and the same for if it was 1 and 1 the outcome would be one. So it has to be 1 and 0 or 1 and 1 to work. This is shown in the truth table below.

4 A NOT gate is when its opposite so if the input is a 1 the outcome is a 0 if the input is 0 the outcome is 1, As it shows in the truth table on the rights of the not gate.
