Business Profile I selected to do a home-based pastry business that specializes in Coquito because this is a dessert that is a part of the Puerto Rican culture, but can barely be found here in Connecticut. Type of Business Retail I will provide my customers with a reasonable quantity of tasty Puerto Rican desserts at a logical price.
