1. Our flag
Our flag is called «Le   Drapeau tricolore ». It has been created during the french revolution. White colour reminds us Monarchy and blue and red are Paris colours. According to this flag, the king is controlled by Paris people.

9. Green lentil from Velay
The lens of Velay, grows in our region, Auvergne.
It is a dry vegetable that is in the form of small round flat seeds.
We can cook with sausage, bacon and salad.
