Friendship Sunday – Action: John will consult with Doug Gonder re: a suitable date. Bridges out of Poverty Church/MOE Service – Action: John will discuss with the chair of MOE as to whether they might want to use this idea as a theme for the next MOE Sunday Service. Worship Schedule – Actions: 1) John will inform the church office of the move to Proudfoot Hall for Summer Sunday services so it can be noted in the bulletin. 2) Review who might be available to take summer services. Welcoming Greeters – John will speak to Charlotte Oldham about reporting a weekly head count at the services. LFP Ads – Action: Jim will place the ads. Guidelines for Visiting Preachers – Actions: Kerry will forward to Jim the guidelines now in place for Wesley Knox Jim will review the Wesley-Knox material and bring a revised version of the guidelines back to the committee next month.revised version Bulletin Committee – Actions: John will ask Stephen and Jane if they would sit on a committee. John will consult with the chair of C&M and if he is in agreement, the two committees can decide on if and when to take this motion forward to Council. Lay Liturgist Workshop Recommendation – Action: John will inform Katrina to remove the word “lay” from all Bulletin references.
