Current Service Provisions at Bangor University Services were tendered to find a competent contractor based on a performance specification. Regular performance review meetings with the current service provider Annual Quality Audits (housekeeping, service delivery) Reliability Studies Cost Containment Risk Management Safety to all Users

Lift Plans Asset Surveys Completed 10 year lift plan in place Costs considered Tender Process to reveal competent contractors working to performance specifications.
