Metta Meditation The practice of Metta meditation is to radiate this Loving-kindness to all beings in existence, whether they are small, medium or large, visible or invisible, near or far, etc. We usually radiate Metta to ourselves first. We must know first the feeling of Metta before we can send it out to all other beings. However, Metta must also be practiced with our actions too!
