What is the amount of income last month or year? Explore diverse income approach What proportion of your total income comes from each income stream? What do you think is the potential growth of each income stream – from low (no opportunities) to high (lots)?

13 Tips and what to watch out for Implementation o Timetable o Communication Live it – it is not for the dusty shelf Change happens – manage it Keep reviewing Monitor and evaluate o Did you hit the deadlines? o Did you communicate the plan to all parties? o Is it working on the ground?
