Do you need to diversify? Review your current income streams How many funding providers do you have in each income stream? How long will your different income streams last? What is the amount of income last month or year? Explore diverse income approach What proportion of your total income comes from each income stream? What do you think is the potential growth of each income stream – from low (no opportunities) to high (lots)?

Tips and what to watch out for Implementation o Timetable o Communication Live it – it is not for the dusty shelf Change happens – manage it Keep reviewing Monitor and evaluate o Did you hit the deadlines? o Did you communicate the plan to all parties? o Is it working on the ground?

Who manages things day to day? And who is ultimately responsible? Who works in the enterprise? Staff/volunteers? Who reports to whom? Organisational chart
