Because I researched how the arts benefit students, I decided the lead craft sessions for three different age groups for my product.

Attend Graduation Project Product teaching session with Mrs. Harder Complete lesson plans, meet with mentor, and contact each teacher Research the crafts I would do Gather materials necessary for each craft session Make visual aids and examples Research for the leaf craft. Different designs I printed for the high school girls to chalk onto their canvases.

Make example of craft Trace leaf shape on to foam Cut shapes out of foam with knife Glue white poster board to one side of the leaf Lead craft session for 3 and 4 year olds Me cutting the leaf shapes out of the foam board. What would I do differently if I could do it again? ~Allow more time for the high school girls’ craft session One of the high school girls that attended my craft sessions decided to have a craft session of her own for her birthday party and her friends really enjoyed it as well.

Time management makes all the difference I enjoy teaching crafts to kids Although the different age groups had different skill levels, they were all capable of using creativity to create their own rendition of the example I showed them
