2. User Names and Passwords  ESEA Coordinators Distributed by DPI  Other users Distributed by the district’s ESEA Coordinator

3. Adding New Users  Provide user roles/rights to: Title coordinators Fiscal Staff Others as appropriate  Districts should not add CESAs or consortium leaders as district users.

4. Logging In  The ESEA application portal is located on DPI’s ESEA webpage http://dpi.wi.gov/esea/index.html  Click the “ESEA Application” link.  Note: The link that states “2011-12 and Prior ESEA Application” will take you to the old application. The two applications are separate.

5. Login ID: Use the user name assigned to you. Password: On your first login, your password is password. Then the application will automatically prompt you to change your password to something you choose.
