E-Customs Declaration Background ACCOMPLISHMENTS Pilot solution in Malaysia & Philippines – Pilot in Malaysia completed Q2 2003 (Intel, Exel, FeDex) – Pilot in Philippines Q4 2003 (Amkor,Intel) Demo at RosettaNet Global Partner Conference in March 04 at Singapore, generating strong interest from community. Full Suite of data for cross border Export – In country implementation and cross border trade – PIP ® 3B18 modified for use and B2B full extraction process underway in the Philippines ( Intel – Danzas – Intercommerce ) Commenced Sept 2004 with proliferation immediately after. Projecting 16 Connections by September 2005. PLANS – Singapore, Taiwan and China requirements are being gathered to support multiple cross border scenarios. – Refactor PIP in Q2-2005 – Complete Milestone (50 connections) by September 2005

E-Customs Declaration Philippines program Status HIGHLIGHTS: E-customs process successfully launched Dec 06 / 2004 with guests of honor from DTI ( Department of trade and Industry ), PEZA ( Phil Economic zone authorities ) and Intel. CMO ( customs memorandum order ) finally signed by the Bureau of customs Dec 03 / 2004. Intel and Danzas first connection milestone dated Intel connections with DHL express, Exel, Fedex in progress. Ecustoms proliferation plan to be generated with SEIPI companies and submitted to the e-customs program team as Philippines scorecard. Other capabilities being developed ( eg. Import permits, certificate of origin, etc. Market use of other logistics PIP’s Intel e customs whitepaper published
