6. Rummage Sale May 31 st  Need parent volunteers to help run this. First group around 7am  Freshmen 7:30am-9:00am POP  Soph 9:00am-10:30am WATER  Juniors 10:30am – 12:30pm BAKED GOODS  Seniors 12:30pm – 2:30pm BAKED GOODS  Concession items needs to be turned in by Friday May 30th

7. Clothing Sale  Catalog’s will be passed out  Due in the middle of May  Easy fundraiser

8. SIGNS and ADVERTISING  If you know of a business that wants to advertise please come and take a sheet

9. 3 week June Practice  Starts June 16 th & must have a physical dated June 1 st or after  Physicals will be Saturday June 7th at the Facility Building cost is around $20  Practice Monday – Friday at 10am  There will be 7 on 7 Tourney on Saturday’s and some during the week  Schedule is posted on website  Every player needs to bring in a case of water for this

10. Lifting in July  THERE IS WEIGHTS!!!!  M-W-F 10 am whenever school is out  Have PLAYER tell me when they will be out of town or unable to attend weights

11. Concession Groups  Need someone to be in charge of setting up and organizing  Freshmen games = JV Parents  JV Games = Varsity Parents  Friday Night PressBox = Freshmen Parents  Every Player’s Parent will need to work at least one game  Sign up sheet will be here to sign up

12. Friday Night Group  Someone to Run Music  Put up and take down wolf  Guard sideline  Help with getting supplies and equipment down and up the hill before and after games

13. Paint Crew  Need a crew to paint the field.  (8-10 people) for Friday night game. Painting will happen on either Wednesday or Thursday evening  (3-4) for freshmen and JV games. Will be done evening before if needed

14. Insurance and Food  Insurance cost our program $4,000 last year  $50 per player  Food before games  As of right now we will not feed before home games unless we get sponsors

15. Scrimmage games  Will need food donated and help to feed kids  August 16 th @ Wheeling Park  August 23 rd MSAC @ Charleston

16. Supplements  A lot of unsafe products (GNC) found in locker room.  Want safe products for our children  My recommendation is ADVOCARE
