How it works-Process in brief We buy an Australian Property with you as joint investment We organise legal paperwork for you to go in the title/ownership papers You are required to contribute about 12-15% of the total investment We obtain bank finance for the rest of the investment with our personnel guarantee Property is managed by us and rented for the period of investment Borrowing cost and property maintenance cost is offset by the rental income Capital gain tax is payable at the time of sale of the property 100% of the profit and original investment is returned to you at the end of the project You select the period of investment. (2 years minimum)
