There are 4 components to the RPM system Sensors Data storage located with the patient Centralized Repository to store data from sensors Diagnostic Applications to develop treatment recommendations.

The most highly advanced system in Remote Physiological monitoring, and developed by Jaltek group. Monitors variety of vital signs. Can be integrated with other measurement systems. Data that is gathered is transferred through a secure wireless network to health providers.

Success of device depends on patients willingness to manage health. Device is also fairly expensive $3000-5000. Because it is wireless communication, it would have tough time working in rural areas. Ultimately, reduces mortality rates, and emergency room visits.
