3 Proverbs 31 Team Proverbs 31 is a group of modern age women who honour God in every role they play. They are career women who have developed outstanding skills through years of experience professionally; women who became wives, mothers or full-time church workers. Though life changes and these new titles are added to their “job description" - they are unstoppable ;) Being a homemaker will not stop these women from tapping multiple streams of income while developing their God-given talents and skills. They are still the same creative, driven, intelligent, hardworking and equipped women who can be great contributors in your organisation/project.

5 Online Marketing - Social Media Consultant and Project Manager will plan and brainstorm regarding marketing strategies and applications. Consultation will be as often as necessary. If strategies seem to be working well, consultation can be limited to bi-weekly or monthly meetings. Marketing Maintenance- Project Manager will ensure that the online marketing goals are met. Social Media Management/ Administrative Work - A designated Social Media Admin will be assigned to take care of all social media accounts. If social media activities and engagement will sky-rocket, we may assign 2 staff as Social Media Admins. Blog | Content Writing - Hire a dedicated blog writer for My Dance Directory. Sales | Listings - Assign a staff with sales experience and who is confident to talk to potential clients. Will also train this staff email marketing to get more client listings. Goal is to increase client listings. Customer Service (For clients and site visitors) - Assign a staff with background in Customer Service to keep current listings happy with MyDD. Goal is client retention. Graphic Design- To elevate our marketing one notch, our graphic designer will create original artwork that will also promote MyDD.

My Dance Directory is a one stop website where you can check out the nearest dance studios, classes and events near your area. 7 My Dance Directory Focus Primary Focus: Online and Social Media Marketing Secondary Focus: Client Retention and Increase Listings

8 Online and Social Media Marketing Benchmarking- We will research for other dance directory websites out there and keep tabs of their weaknesses and up our game by brainstorming on what MORE we can offer - something that we can also highlight while promoting the website. Viral Marketing- Let’s make free online ad posting to increase awareness that My Dance Directory is available online. Let’s tap the dance community in AU and offer promo listings and lets make MYDD viral (word of mouth online). Blogging- Blogging is writing based on experience. We can either ask dance bloggers to guest blog for MYDD or hire a ghostwriter that will write on dance themes/topics.

9 Social Media Presence- For us to drive web traffic we need to establish MYDD’s social media. The following social media sites will help us get our market and post link going to our website.

11 Proverbs 31 Team | Part of the SOLUTION. Proverbs 31 will provide support from the start of reviving My Dance Directory’s online presence. We will do that by focusing on two main-points. I. Website | Blog Check the website enhancement notes, INTEGRATE SOCIAL MEDIA ICONS.Check the website enhancement notes, INTEGRATE SOCIAL MEDIA ICONS. Include a “landing page” - optimise this as lead generating tool.Include a “landing page” - optimise this as lead generating tool. Hire a dedicated writer for My Dance Directory that will join Proverbs 31. Prepare content good for one month/ per week. Writer can work bi-weekly. Blog content can also be shared in MyDD Social Media accounts, which will also help draw traffic in the website.

12 II. Social Media FacebookFacebook - Utilise Facebook Ads. We can do a test on this for $3- 5 dollars per day depending on your budget. We can do the test for 2-4 weeks so we can get a more in depth observation of the best times and days to run an ad and we can implement data we gathered for next month. Good news is we can customise the ad based on the results we want to achieve - page likes or post engagement. - Run new pages (different dance styles) that will help promote MyDD.

13 Twitter and InstagramTwitter and Instagram - We can use Twitter and Instagram to generate traffic with the use of hashtags. Twitter can also help us with event announcements. - Learned that we can use instagram marketers to post up to 6 MyDD related posts for as low as $2-3.

14 Pinterest, Tumblr, Google +, Linked-In, etc.Pinterest, Tumblr, Google +, Linked-In, etc. - By posting in these sites we also increase our social media presence and can help with our SEO. The more sites we join, the more visible we are online. - Add a task to create top 20-50 social media for MyDD. Since having more social media accounts we join will help us with SEO visibility, we will assign a dedicated admin assistant for social media management.

15 Since we will be opening a lot of social media sites and should also monitor and schedule content, we need a dedicated Social Media Admin to do content work, research and scheduling. Once we have a dedicated Social Media Admin, that will increase organic engagement. Uninterrupted activity can revive engagement with our Facebook page and boost traffic in other pages.
