Why Meeting Attendance? (A Positive Meeting Experience…) Gives Members & Guests What They Want! Networking, Jobs, Fellowship, Solutions, Ideas, Professional Development, Fun! Increases Membership Value; More Likely to Remain Members, Recruit Guests & New Members, Volunteer, be a Future Leader. Is Better for the Speaker and Chapter More (Audience) Energy/Leverage for Good Future Speakers

Chapter Meeting- Considerations Pre-Planning Dates, Locations, Topics, Communication, Food/drink Time of day, Day of week, Networking time, CEUs Know what attendees want Relevant interests/industries, Assess, Survey Start/stop on time, allow time for introductions and job announcements (High Draft Pick) Pre-established greeters
