3 My Script  Induction-Used words like breathe deeply, feel yourself relax going deeper  Affirmation-you are relaxed, you’re enjoying life, you have finished your work, you’re relaxed, you have time to yourself, you feel the stress lifting off you  7 minutes 41 seconds

4 Process  Listen to script at 5pm everyday  Start on the 7 th of November  Go into room close doors, quite area
