2  200g plain flour  2 tbsp full-fat milk  2 whole free-range eggs  A mixing bowl  A whisk  A frying pan  A small amount of butter

3  Get out a small bowl and crack 2 whole eggs and put them in the mixing bowl. Whisk well.  Then add the milk.

4  After adding the milk to the eggs, you have to add the flour.  Once all ingredients are in the mixing bowl, whisk well with the whisk.

5  Once ingredients are all mixed together thoroughly and there is no lumps in it, add the small amount of butter to the hot frying-pan and move it around.  Add some of the pancake mix to the buttered frying-pan.

6  Spread the mixture around, so the mix covers the surface of the frying-pan.  Flip or leave to cook for a few minutes.

7  Your pancake is done when it has turned a golden brown colour.  Slide out of the frying-pan and onto a plate, then serve as you please. Repeat for more pancakes.
