2. To access Disqualified Director enquiry please type in on Internet at address http://www.cipro.co.za Enter

3. Click on Disclosures Click on Disqualified Directors

4. The Introduction screen will be displayed Please read through the Introduction Click on View Sanctions

5. Read though the Sanctions information field Click on Continue

6. You can either type in: Identity Number %6805 First name %Pieter or Surname %Botha Click on Search

7. The Search Results will display the records or no records Click on Search Again if no records

8. The previous slide displayed no information meaning that there is no such Director Another search can continue You can either type in: Identity Number %670325 First name %Chris or Surname %Williams Click on Search

9. The requested Search Result will be displayed Click on Click Here

10. A charge of R10 will be deducted from your Customer Account at CIPRO, after clicking on Continue

11. The Director Details will be displayed You can view and print the Certificate with another R10 deduction off the Customer Account

12. The Disqualified Disclosure Certificate will be displayed Click on Print Click on Cancel after printing

13. The Introduction page will be displayed Click on Continue

14. You can either type in: Identity Number %6805 First name %Pieter or Surname %Botha Click on Search
