Food Culture Pittu (fresh rice meal mixed with grated coconut, steamed in bamboo mould). Rice Wheat flatbread Spicy vegetarian sauce Yogurt Curry Cinnamon Mostly vegetarian- belief in reincarnation, against cruelty to animals
