What is Supported Employment? A free and confidential service for jobseekers with a disability. Support of a trained Job Coach. Find the right Job Match to suit your unique ability, skills and interests.

What is Supported Employment? Working hours to meet your needs. Fully integrated member of staff and paid the going rate for the job. Develop your unique ability and skills in the workplace.

What do Jobseekers say? I got in contact with my local supported employment agency, after completing a 4 year degree and I've now been working at the Broadhaven Bay Hotel for the past 4 years. I am working 20 hours per week and it just really means a lot to me. What I would say to a person that is thinking about supported employment is, get your name out there and just go for it. Job Coach - Workplace Support On-the-job training can be provided to help ease you into your new role. The support of the Job Coach can be kept in the background. The level of support provided is as much or as little as you need.
