History A 30 yrs old male from Uttar Pradesh presented with Bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy since 3 months, Fever on & off since 1 month, Multiple nodular lesions over forehead, forearm & sole since 1 week. No h/o drug intake/insect bites /exposure. On examination: Right side inguinal lymph node measuring 2 x 1.5 cm & Left side measuring 1.5 x 1 cm, firm, non mobile,non-tender. Nodular lesions over skin ranging from 1 to 2 cm diameter, non tender.No hepato-splenomegaly. Received an excision biopsy of right side inguinal lymph node measuring 0.8 x 0.8 cm
