6. HOW THE TRITON SYSTEM WORKS
Outside air passes through an efficient air filter and germicidal UV light, which purifies the air by removing dust, pollen, mold spores, bacteria and other air borne particulates
The moisture is condensed from the outside air on “food grade” coated coils and collected in a Ultra Violet (UV) protected chamber
It is then stored in a holding tank which is continuously ozonated to ensure that it is free of contaminants
As needed, water is drawn from the tank, filtered through a Volatile Organic Chemical (VOC) carbon filter and then passed through the germicidal Ultra-Violet (UV) sanitation light
Water is ready to be dispensed hot and cold through indoor water dispenser units that can be placed anywhere drinking water is needed
Purified, Cool, Dry Conditioned air provides a comfortable environment inside the building

10. TRITON FILTRATION SYSTEM
Air2Water system uses an Advanced Water Filtration System to purify and then maintaining the purity level of the water. We can also design “Custom Filtration System” depending on each individual project needs and requirements

11. TRITON FILTRATION SYSTEM
Unless specifically requested or required by a project, the water generators come with our advanced multi-step water filtration system:
Recirculation and delivery pump - constantly recirculates water in storage tank and delivers water to point of use (POU). Has built-in controls that protect pump from running in zero-flow condition
Sediment filter - five micron string wound filter that removes suspended solids from water
Carbon filter - removes organics and oxidants from the water
Pressure gauges - show the inlet and outlet pressures of the filter cartridges. Change the filters when there is a 10 psi increase in the difference between these two gauges.
Germicidal Ultraviolet Unit - the UV chamber allows filtered water to be exposed to high levels of ultraviolet (UV) light. UV treatment disinfects water and prevents buildup of bacteria.
Ozone injection.- ozone gas is drawn into the tank recirculation stream. Ozone is a very strong oxidant and provides a residual disinfectant that keeps water in the tank free of any biological growth

Our water has been tested by San Antonio Testing Laboratories and National Testing Laboratories.
Test results show that our water is superior in quality and exceeds all drinking water standards *. Shown to the left is a testimonial from San Antonio Testing Laboratories
We care about maintaining purity of our water. Since 2003 we have performed bacterial tests several times per-month. Until today, our water is pure and fresh. Fresh as the day it was produced

22. EVAPORATIVE COOLING PADS
Not enough humidity to produce water from the air?
We have the solution!
By installing our patent pending “Evaporative Cooling Pads” before the condenser coil, we utilize outside water source such as salt water, lake or river water and even “gray” water to create 100% humidity and produce fresh pure drinking water.
How does it work?
When the humidity falls below the ideal level, a “smart controller” opens a valve to allow outside water source into the pad. The water is evaporated and “pure water” vapor is collected on the condensing coil creating humidity level of 100%.
Most of the contaminants remain in the pad and some are flushed out.
After prolonged usage, the pads are simply replaced
