2. This is Glen Plake. He broke his leg in a ski accident and has to use a wheelchair now to get around.

3. He’s taking CalTrain from Palo Alto to SF. In the station, he notices a sign for People Needing Assistance.

4. So following the instructions, Glen locates the blue square on the platform,

5. And waits on it, for the next train…

6. The train finally arrives,

7. And lots of passengers get off, while others try to get onboard.

8. Glen waves at the conductor in desperation, but he’s almost obscured by all the passengers…

9. So the train leaves, and Glen is left behind, in his wheelchair on the blue square!
