Trail’s End Popcorn System Training This training is designed to: 1.At the most basic level: assist you, as a Unit Popcorn Chairman, enter your unit’s order on- line via the Trail’s End System. 2.Show you what the Popcorn System can do: reporting, unit invoices, scout lists, packing slips, sales histories (for the units and/or individual boys).

1.Use an email address that is VALID. Reason being, we will email your password if you forget it. 2.If you don’t receive the confirmation email back from us when you first register, check your “junk mail” folder. Sometimes email from an unrecognized sender will end up here. LOG-IN SCREEN:

1.Click on “ORDERS” across the menu bar at the top of the page 2.Under “POPCORN,” select your order type (listed by either date or title. 3.Enter quantities of each product needed in empty fields on screen. UNIT HOME PAGE: BASIC ORDERING

Order screen comes up. Enter case quantity needed by available products. Notice under the product symbols the container quantity in each case. Submit to Council

Click “SUBMIT TO COUNCIL” button on lower left Submit to Council

After quantities by product have been filled, be sure to click “SAVE CHANGES” if you don’t want to submit it to the council right away OR Click “SUBMIT TO COUNCIL” Once you have clicked SUBMIT TO COUNCIL your order has been submitted to the council for approval. UNIT HOME PAGE: POPCORN ORDER
