Why do we need a Finance & Systems team? To relieve individual service managers of the distraction of financial management and to enable them to focus on the prime objective of service delivery

What do we hope to achieve? To provide within Corporate Services: An integrated system support network Quality financial information Additional cover and support

What do we hope to achieve? To develop within Corporate Services: Increased efficiency by eliminating duplication A co-ordinated approach to web-based communication Improved processes and procedures
