Kick-off meeting Expected results: 1. Working relationships between SDLN and Ex Libris project team are established 2. Project plan discussed – there is a preliminary agreement on the schedule of project activities 3. Working procedures are clear to both sides SDLN and Ex LIBRIS are ready to start working on the project

System Analysis Expected results: 1. SDLN has basic knowledge of ALEPH and can start practicing on Ex Libris demo server 2. EXL understands SDLN libraries’ workflows and data migration requirements. 3. Basic system configurations decisions are taken
