7. Great Plains Vast area of treeless grasslands Buffalo Hunters-ambushed the buffalo. Bows made of buffalo tendons, with wooden arrow, tipped with sharp stones. They would trap buffalo and force them off a cliff Uses of buffalo-food, bone knives, waterproof containers and bedding. Horns and hooves used as spoons and bowls

8. Eastern Woodlands/Southeast Eastern Woodlands: Iroquois tribes -Lived in longhouses. Many families in one home. Southeast: Lived in humid areas. Houses were called mounds. Very fertile region
