Fish taco includes ¼ c. fresh tomatoes Student selects the fish taco with 8 oz. milk This is not a reimbursable meal since the minimum ½ c. portion of the fruit or vegetable has not been met.

Use of OVS in the SBP is optional at all grade levels. If a school operates breakfast under OVS: *At least four food items from the food components must be offered; and *All students, at any grade level, must select at least three food items in the applicable minimum required serving size *Beginning in SY 2014-15, one selection must be at least ½ c. of fruit.
