2 Methodology Online survey (administered by McKinley) Member and non-member lists from ENA Non-member list contained both “never members” and some “lapsed ENA members” Sent in mid-December to 2,500 members and 5,000 non-members Number of (responding) participants: 447 members (18% response rate) (max. sampling error +/- 5 points) 230 non-members (5% response rate) (max. sampling error +/- 7 points)
