2. Questions?????? Was I using accurate assessment to inform my planning and teaching and what effect was my feedback having on the children's learning. From professional readings and research I needed to identify the various ways in which I give feedback and the effect of the given feedback on the children's learning. Identify the forms of feedback and get feedback from children on whether it was effective.

3. Findings Actions Most forms of feedback when conferencing was oral. Most children didn’t read the feedback if written when all books were handed in. Provide stickies with feedback written on them at time of conferencing. Feedback to be in reference to goals which are written and kept on the children's desk

4. Next steps Role model expectations. Create system to see every child at least once a week for Writing, Reading and Numeracy. Get feedback on how my feedback is helping the children. Is it effective???? Does my feedback support children's learning.
