The Freshman Survey Higher Education Research Institute, University of California at Los Angeles The CIRP Freshman Survey provides institutions with information on the characteristics, values, and expectations of your incoming first-year students. Providing insight on how your incoming class changes over time and compares to your peers, the survey is most valuable as the start of a longitudinal assessment program that continues with the Your First College Year Survey, the Diverse Learning Environments Survey, and the College Senior Survey.The CIRP Freshman Survey provides institutions with information on the characteristics, values, and expectations of your incoming first-year students. Providing insight on how your incoming class changes over time and compares to your peers, the survey is most valuable as the start of a longitudinal assessment program that continues with the Your First College Year Survey, the Diverse Learning Environments Survey, and the College Senior Survey.
