4. Elections Executive Board Positions Eighth Grade- President & Vice President Seventh Grade- Vice President & Secretary Sixth Grade- Vice President & Historian At this time, we will not have a position for Treasurer.

5. Election Timeline 10/14- Turn in Executive Board Application 10/16- All speeches due 10/24- Posters due & Speeches will be recorded during meeting 10/27- Campaigning begins!! 11/6- VOTING DAY 11/7- Winners announced in the morning 11/13- Induction ceremony during SCA meeting

6. Campaigning Each candidate will be required to campaign by using posters. No give away items will be allowed. 6 posters (2 per house, 2 cafeteria, 2 hallways) Make no fake promises Must have a campaign slogan Posters approved by Mrs. James/ Mrs. Robucci 8 th grade posters- Mr. Rutledge/ O’Meara & Mr. Sarra Speech no longer than 2 minutes, explaining why you want to serve for Executive Board.

7. VOTING DAY 8 th grade positions- campaigning and voting will take place through Civics B day- November 5 th A day- November 6 th 7 th grade & 6 th grade- Homeroom voting on November 5 th & November 6th
